Your card has been blocked
Bank of Ghana has processed your request to block the selected card.
To protect your account, the card is now permanently blocked and can no longer be used for MoMo transfers, POS transactions, ATM withdrawals, or online payments. All pending transactions will be declined.
What happens next
A new replacement card will be issued and sent to your registered address within 7-10 business days. You can continue using mobile money services and online banking. For assistance, contact Bank of Ghana Security at +233 302 666 161.
Staying protected
Monitor your account regularly through your mobile banking app. Enable transaction alerts and never share your card details, PIN, or OTP codes. Report suspicious activity immediately to Bank of Ghana.
